Cooling-off window
You can cancel within 7 days of paying and get a full refund, with no questions asked. Email us from the address you registered with and we will process it within 5 working days.
After the cooling-off window
Our programs run continuously with weekly live mentorship, so we cannot hold a seat indefinitely. If you leave after the cooling-off window, we refund what is left after deducting the sessions already delivered and completed modules, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
What counts as a delivered session
A scheduled one-on-one call that has taken place, or a module that has been unlocked and made available to you, counts as delivered. Calls you cancel with more than 24 hours notice do not count, and you can reschedule them.
Mentorship changes
If we cannot provide a mentor match you are comfortable with, we will either rematch you at no cost or refund the mentorship portion of your fee. This is handled case by case and we do not argue about it.
Employer and test-fee costs
We do not charge employers for introductions and we do not buy you interviews. If a third-party service you signed up for separately charges a fee, that fee is between you and them and is not refundable by us.
How to request a refund
Email refund@avoluteai.com with your registered email address, the program name, and the date of payment. We confirm within 3 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 working days of approval.
Payment failures
If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of the retry notice, your enrolment is paused and your seat is released. Paying after that point may require re-confirming a seat, so please update your payment details when prompted.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the same email thread and we will review it with a person who was not involved in the original decision. We would rather resolve it than lose you.
