By creating an account or using any Avolute-AI service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't create an account or use the services.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and not share your account with other people. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Programs, mentorship, and workshops
Our programs, mentorship, and workshops are delivered online. You receive access to learning material, live and recorded sessions, project guidance, and mentor time as described for each offering. We may update schedules or material, and we'll give you reasonable notice when we do.
Fees and refunds
Workshops and paid programs are charged at the price shown at registration. If you cancel before the offering starts, you can request a full refund. After it begins, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Mentorship is billed per the plan you choose, and you can cancel future billing at any time from your dashboard.
Acceptable use
Be constructive and honest in your coursework, mentorship sessions, and community. You must not submit work you didn't do, harass or impersonate others, try to break or abuse the platform, or use it for anything unlawful. We may terminate accounts that violate this.
Our disclaimers
We work hard to keep our programs accurate and current, but we can't guarantee specific jobs, internships, or outcomes. Career guidance, mentorship, and resources are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or career advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avolute-AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time — significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
